  • Boxing gloves (16oz recommended for bag work and sparring).
  • Hand wraps — essential for wrist and knuckle protection.
  • Shin guards for sparring sessions.
  • Comfortable athletic wear — shorts and a t-shirt or rash guard.
  • No prior experience required — all levels welcome.
